Cinnamon Bread

CINNAMON BREAD 

1 cup plain flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup sugar 

1/2 tablespoon cinnamon

1 egg

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 cup buttermilk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla 

1/2 cup caster sugar

You will notice that I decreased the recipe to make a smaller one with 1 cup flour instead of the 2 cups flour and so on so on.  Sorry, but it was only going to be me eating it, so I decreased the recipe into a smaller portion to a small bundt pan I have.
