LEMON CAKE
I purchased this week this Lemon Cake from the Marketplace in Southampton, Bermuda and decided to do a blog post just like I would post here but without the recipe. Here are the photos. The cake was nice and delicious for those hot summer evening that you have it plain alone or with a scoop of ice cream. I had a package of lemon filling to which I was planning to make either cake or cupcakes and fill like this cake, but with the hot summer kitchen, I don't get to bake as much as I would like to.
