Cheese Bread




Cheese Bread


2 cups flour

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 package yeast

1 egg ( beaten)

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/4 - 1/2 Warm milk and water 


Dissolve yeast accordingly.

In the meantime, combine all dry ingredients. When yeast is dissolved, add to well in dry ingredients along with all other ingredients. Stir together and knead. Roll out like you were doing a coffee roll (cinnamon roll) and dot with butter and add grated cheese. Roll up tightly and loaf. Let rise. Bake in a 375 ° oven. Bake until golden brown about 20 - 30 minutes.

Pancake Doughnuts



Pancake Doughnuts


1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 baking powder
1 egg ( slightly beaten)
1 small carton strawberry yogurt
3 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Combine all ingredients together and blend together well.
Place oil in pan to get hot and then fry accordingly.
Optional
Sprinkle with sugar or cinnamon and sugar

Soup

Everything bout the kitchen soup type of soup. 

Tomatoes, onions, carrots, potatoes, celery, turnip, chicken, spaghetti, chicken broth and seasonings; all cooked together in a slow cooker for a few hours.  With kidney beans added towards the end. 

Pizza

To make the sauce for the pizza, the soup was just puree in a blender and topped on pizza dough with cheese.
