Battered Bread Recipe

2 cups flour

1/4 cup sugar

Pinch salt

1 Package RapidRise Instant Yeast

3 tablespoon melted butter

1/2 cup of water

1/2 cup evaporated milk

Combined all ingredients together and mix.

Let rise and bake.

Optional. Sprinkle with Cinnamon and Sugar

Recipe derived from home with very few ingredients in the pantry at the time.  Ingredients most likely used regular milk, eggs and no oven or toaster oven but my little old reliable Cook'Essential 9 in 1.I have had for many years.
