Chickpea Cake Recipe
Ingredients
Seasonings:-
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Parsley Flakes
Curry Powder
1 egg beaten
Onion (chopped)
Flour (optional) if too sticky
Frying
Vegetable oil
Flour
Frying Pan
Method
Drain Chickpeas.
Mash them like you would mash to make mashed potato.
Season to liking.
Saute onions and add to.
Combine all together well. If at this point you think too sticky to touch add a little flour.
Roll into cakes and fry.
Dot with paper towel to remove accessive grease.
Serve either hot or room temperature.
Makes about 5.
