SPAGHETTI,
BROCCOLI, CARROTS AND CAULIFLOWER
Spaghetti,
Broccoli, Carrots, And Cauliflower
Ingredients
½ package
of spaghetti
1
bag (8 to 9 ounces) (frozen) broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower
¼
teaspoon salt, divided
⅛
teaspoon black pepper, divided
½
cup heavy cream
⅟16 teaspoon nutmeg
½ cup
grated Parmesan cheese
Method
1.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.
Cook spaghetti according to package.
3.
Drop broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
into large pot of boiling water. Cook 1
minute; drain.
4.
Add Spaghetti, vegetables, heavy cream,
seasonings and Parmesan cheese together in a sauce pan. Pour into pyrex dish and sprinkle with
Parmesan cheese for baking.
5.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes, or until cheese
is lightly browned.
6.
Makes 6 servings
