Banana Bread
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
2 eggs beaten
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
½ cup butter
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
½ cup nuts (chopped)
Method
1. Cream butter and sugar.
2. Add eggs, bananas then all ingredients plus the chopped nuts.
3. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350° for 1 hour.
