Wheat Muffins
Ingredients
½
cup Whole Wheat Flour
1½
cup All-Purpose Flour
1
teaspoon baking powder
½
teaspoon baking soda
½
teaspoon salt
¾
cups sugar
1
egg (beaten)
½
cup melted butter
1
cup sour cream
Method
1.
Preheat oven to 350°.
2.
Grease and prepare muffin pan of 12.
3.
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
4.
Add the egg. butter and sour cream,
blend all together.
5.
Pour approximately ¼ cup of batter into
muffin cups.
6.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
7.
Remove from pan and serve warm as
desired.
