Banana
Fritters
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
Sugar for garnish
Method
1.
Beat egg and sugar together.
2.
Add bananas, flour and baking
powder. Mix well.
3.
Drop by the spoonful into hot oil. Fry until golden.
4.
Sprinkle with sugar and serve with a
lemon wedge.
